On August 26, 2021, the packaging job skills competition of Tramy No. 3 factory was officially held in the tofu clothing workshop, vegetarian sausage workshop and oil gluten workshop of No. 3 factory.

This packaging job skills competition selected 3-5 employees from tofu clothing packaging, plain sausage packaging and oil gluten packaging to participate in the on-site evaluation of employees' packaging operation, and comprehensively evaluate employees' packaging business technical level from bagging, net content control, packaging speed, sealing flatness and packaging product quality. A total of three packaging teams participated in the competition, and one competition team was awarded. The packaging personnel in the same workshop will be the first in their personal skills, and the cross workshop competition will be the first three in the personal award of this packaging post skills competition.

With the order of the judges, the competition officially began. All the contestants showed their unique skills, worked hard, focused and caught up with each other. Finally, after fierce competition, the judges evaluated the quality according to the quantity and quality of the competition, and finally produced a group award: vegetarian sausage workshop, personal first prize: oil gluten workshop, Guo Yongyan, second prize: vegetarian sausage workshop, Chen Xiaolu, Third prize: Ma Yun, tofu clothes workshop.

People have no skills to settle down, and enterprises have no talents to compete.
