During his speech, Zhao Jianchen, Director of the Human Resources Center, mentioned that in the 27 year leapfrog development of Tramy, a large number of female elites have emerged, and a large number of female employees have been promoted from frontline positions to management positions. In the current job composition of Tramy, 61% of front-line ordinary positions are female, 72% of administrative building positions are female, and 83% of channel stores are female employees. Shen Jie, Senior Vice President of the Group and Vice Chairman of the Women's Federation, delivered a speech. Mr. Shen offers advice to female employees based on his own insights: firstly, maintain optimism and confidence. Don't choose jobs that you're not good at, communicate more with your leaders. Fu Yaojuan, President of the Group and Chairman of the Women's Federation, made a concluding speech. Whether on social media, in work communication, or in daily interactions, we must convey the positive energy of the Tramy brand, allowing more people to feel the spirit and warmth of Tramy.

3. Build a high-quality lifestyle supermarket and enhance the channel power of beauty. Starting from the second half of 2024, we will begin the construction of the Pin Shang Life Supermarket, which is the longest preparation period and the most resource invested in the history of Tramy. Whether it is products or services, whether online or offline, life on the product is the highest standard and strictest requirement. In terms of products, it is necessary to further improve the supply chain system and processing and distribution capabilities, with optimal quality, stable supply, and lowest prices. At the same time, we need to continuously improve the quality of our self operated products and create more star products with market competitiveness. Always believe that no matter what era or how the market changes, truly good products will never have to worry about selling.

4. Extend and strengthen the chain, enhance control over fresh food. We will continue to increase investment in 2025. We are using industrial thinking to make products, and every link in the industrial chain must be strong with sufficient control. If it is not strong enough, we will make up for it quickly, and investing in the downward cycle will also result in lower costs.

5. Strengthen internal talent cultivation and enhance the organizational strength of Tramy. Talents are the key to the sustainable development of enterprises. Every step of Tramy's development embodies the sweat and effort of its employees. We need to cultivate a team of responsible and persevering talents to lay a solid organizational foundation for the long-term development of Tramy.

6. Clarify responsibilities and ensure implementation to improve corporate execution. Execution has always been a key force in promoting the development of Tramy. Whether it's procurement, production, distribution, or sales, efficient and precise execution is essential to ensure the completion of tasks. At the same time, it is also necessary to strengthen team collaboration, form a joint force, and jointly promote the development of the company's business.
