Tramy Convenes the 1st Session of the 5th Trade Union Member Representative Congress Publish Time:2026-05-06 10:36

On March 26, the 1st Session of the 5th Trade Union Member Representative Congress of Shanghai Tramy Green Food (Group) Co., Ltd. was grandly held. The congress successfully completed all agenda items for the trade union leadership transition, scientifically mapped out the work blueprint for the next five years, and pooled strong workforce strength to bolster the high-quality development of the Group. Fang Xiwang, Deputy Director of Xuanqiao Town Federation of Trade Unions, attended the congress as an invited guest and delivered a speech. Zheng Weide, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tramy, delivered the closing remarks. 

The congress reviewed and approved the work report of the 4th Trade Union Committee of Tramy, comprehensively reviewing and summarizing the performance and achievements of the trade union over the past five years. Under the strong leadership of the higher-level federation of trade unions and the Group Party Committee, the 4th Trade Union Committee, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, closely aligned with the Group’s strategy for high-quality development of the entire industrial chain. It earnestly fulfilled the four functions of protection, construction, participation and education, delivering an outstanding performance record.

  Upholding Political Guidance to Consolidate Ideological Foundations Relying on thematic study sessions, corporate newsletters and online platforms, nearly 100 theoretical learning activities were organized, achieving full coverage among all employees. Tied to key milestones such as the centenary of the Communist Party of China, employees were organized to participate in the filming of Pudong-themed music videos and documentaries. Advanced models were actively selected and promoted, pooling strong synergy for career development.  Strengthening Organizational Development to Solidify Work Foundations The number of trade union members grew steadily from 3,060 in 2021 to 3,970 in 2025, achieving 100% union membership among employees. The Group continuously improved management systems, strengthened the trade union cadre team, and expanded the trade union service network, steadily consolidating the foundation for trade union work. 

 Focusing on Rights Protection to Deliver Heartfelt Services A long-term support mechanism of "delivering jobs in spring, cooling care in summer, student aid in autumn and warmth in winter" was established and implemented. Regular heartfelt services including severe illness assistance, health check-ups and free medical consultations were provided. Festival benefits were accurately distributed, and chartered transportation for employees returning home during holidays was arranged, comprehensively strengthening the protection of employees’ rights and interests.  Enriching Cultural Activities to Foster Endeavoring Spirit Characteristic cultural and sports activities such as hiking, handicraft workshops and summer evening galas were held. The Group actively participated in events like Pudong’s "Four-Season Rainbow" Walking Festival, continuously enriching employees’ cultural life. The service philosophy of "I love my home; Tramy is my home" was vigorously promoted, and the themed activity "Tramy Family" was thoroughly carried out, enhancing employees’ sense of belonging and happiness.  Deepening Harmonious Collaboration to Empower Enterprise Development The Group strictly standardized labor management and smoothed channels for employees to voice their concerns, with no major labor disputes during the term. It actively fulfilled social responsibilities by organizing voluntary blood donations, fully supporting epidemic prevention and supply security, and taking an active part in rural revitalization, demonstrating strong corporate responsibility. 

Meanwhile, the Tramy special program of Shanghai Open University was successfully launched, marking new breakthroughs in talent development. Over the past five years, the Group’s trade union work has received wide recognition, earning honors including the 2024 Pudong Five-Star Enterprise for Employees’ Quality of Life, Shanghai May 1st Labor Award, and Shanghai Worker Pioneer Team. The Du Long Studio was named a Shanghai Model Collective, highlighting the value of the trade union’s work with tangible results. 

At the congress, Fang Xiwang, Deputy Director of Xuanqiao Town Federation of Trade Unions, delivered an important speech. He noted that the re-election of Tramy’s trade union is a significant event in the enterprise’s political life and the development of the town’s trade unions, with far-reaching implications. Over the past five years, the 4th Trade Union Committee of Tramy has achieved remarkable results in political guidance, organizational development, employee services and cultural development, winning multiple municipal-level honors. It has set a benchmark for enterprise trade unions across the town, he added. Fang Xiwang put forward four ardent expectations for the new trade union committee: 

1. Raise political standing and strengthen ideological guidance: Always uphold the Party’s leadership and guide employees to follow the Party’s guidance. 

2. Deepen service delivery and ensure livelihood security: Focus on employees’ most pressing concerns and act as their caring family. 

3. Build a growth platform and strengthen the workforce: Enhance skills training and promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit and craftsmanship. 

4. Consolidate harmonious foundations and build sound labor relations. He emphasized that Xuanqiao Town Federation of Trade Unions will continue to fully support Tramy’s trade union work in policy guidance and resource coordination, helping it reach new heights. 

In strict accordance with the Constitution of the Chinese Trade Union and the Regulations on the Election of Grassroots Trade Union Organizations, the congress completed the election agenda in a standardized and orderly manner. Through secret ballot, on-site vote counting and supervision, members of the 5th Trade Union Committee were elected. Li Ming was elected Trade Union Chairman, and Wang Jiafei Vice Chairman. 

Li Ming, the newly elected Trade Union Chairman, delivered a statement. He pledged to honor the mission, live up to the trust, and unite the new committee to closely align with the Group’s development strategy. He will perform duties in accordance with the law, deepen service measures, innovate work methods, effectively protect employees’ rights and interests, support their growth, and serve enterprise development. He strives to build the trade union into a Model Worker Home trusted by employees. 

Zheng Weide, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tramy, delivered the closing remarks. He stressed that the trade union is a bridge linking the Party with employees. He called on the new trade union committee to stay true to its original mission, fully leverage the four functions of protection, construction, participation and education, and continuously strengthen political guidance, consolidate organizational foundations, optimize service guarantees and stimulate innovation vitality. The committee should unite all employees to forge ahead with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic work style, contributing trade union strength to Tramy’s goal of building a world-class green food brand and achieving high-quality development.
